I'm Nikita Khandwala, I'm a proud portfolio careerist (did I mention I'm a generalist?), so as well as working with Milly at GW, I also lead Careers & Partnerships at what (I like to think) is the most innovative university in the UK (and the world?!), the London Interdisciplinary School. I'm also the founder of The Futureproof Lab, which aims to equip people with the tools, mindsets and strategies they need to build purpose-driven careers in an AI-fuelled future of work.

Generalists are quite honestly the kindest, most empathetic and intelligent human beings I've ever come across. To have stumbled upon a community full of them has been life-changing.

My Plans for Generalist World…
My vision at GW is to make it a truly seamless experience for generalists to find, create and land purpose-driven generalist jobs and opportunities. I think generalists hold the key to unlocking a much more meaningful future of work and I am LOVING playing a small part in the labour market's shift to a more generalist-fuelled economy!
